輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)因其本身質(zhì)輕、性能好、應(yīng)用效果優(yōu)等特點(diǎn),在建筑行業(yè)領(lǐng)域中應(yīng)用較為廣泛。但從當(dāng)前工程建設(shè)情況來(lái)看,輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)施工不同環(huán)節(jié)均存在或多或少的問(wèn)題,這就容易埋下安全隱患。下面就來(lái)講講濟(jì)南輕型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題的預(yù)防措施。

(一)優(yōu)化圖紙?jiān)O(shè)計(jì)
(1) Optimize drawing design
施工方獲得相應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)圖紙后,組建由技術(shù)人員、專家、項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)方等構(gòu)成的小組對(duì)其進(jìn)行聯(lián)合審查,了解圖紙中的施工信息是否全面、是否滿足當(dāng)前的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)施工應(yīng)用規(guī)范、是否表述準(zhǔn)確無(wú)誤,同時(shí)對(duì)于子工程的施工技術(shù)、工藝說(shuō)明進(jìn)行詳細(xì)檢查,看有無(wú)注意事項(xiàng)、操作要點(diǎn)顯示不全的情況,有無(wú)缺基本信息的情況,比如材料部分有無(wú)缺失其規(guī)格、型號(hào)、指標(biāo)參數(shù)、安全等級(jí)等基本信息。另外,也要檢驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)圖紙與實(shí)際施工環(huán)境的不對(duì)稱性,審查實(shí)際施工難度。綜合多方意見,優(yōu)化圖紙?jiān)O(shè)計(jì)方案,從而避免設(shè)計(jì)中的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題。

輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)施工中,施工方嚴(yán)格控制鋼板的制作過(guò)程,為后續(xù)安裝奠定前期基礎(chǔ)。選材時(shí),充分考慮材料的規(guī)格、型號(hào)指標(biāo)參數(shù)等基本信息,以施工技術(shù)規(guī)范為參考,進(jìn)行輕鋼材料的選擇。切割鋼板時(shí),采取全尺寸截取的方式,防止出現(xiàn)梁托錯(cuò)位的情況。組裝過(guò)程中,先進(jìn)行胎架的組裝,再進(jìn)行鋼板拼接,在埋弧焊技術(shù)的支持下焊接鋼板,控制形變與平整度,以保證實(shí)際焊接質(zhì)量。

輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)在建筑工程中主要起力的承載作用,施工時(shí)應(yīng)嚴(yán)格遵循相關(guān)技術(shù)工藝,以保障其結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)固。如果正常施工后,已有結(jié)構(gòu)尚不能形成穩(wěn)固框架,則加設(shè)相應(yīng)的設(shè)施以提高其穩(wěn)固性,如加設(shè)纜風(fēng)繩等,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的有效規(guī)避。
